1:1 Coaching
Coaching is action oriented and uses relationship and structure to create sustainable change in the domains of health and life.
My practice combines intellect, intuition, and embodiment; informed by a decade of research, practice, and study in psychology, biomedical science, nutrition, movement, and healing arts.
Each session is tailored to your needs and circumstances, designed to:

Session Structure:
Connection—Check-in, see where you are at or get to know you, if it’s your first session.
Goal setting—We will determine your desires/goals for working with me, either for one session or over time.
Learning—we will explore relevant concepts, ideas, and/or information.
Experience—we will explore experiential exercise related to the learning.
Action—We’ll determine your “action steps”—places where you can take clear, empowered action in your own life, so that the work continues far beyond our session.
Remote Sessions:
30 min $100
1 hour $150
1.5 hours $225
Nature Walking Sessions:
1 hour walking $200
1.5 hour walking $250
I use Practice Better, a HIPPA compliant platform, for scheduling, billing, remote sessions, and client correspondence.
Personalized Recordings
I would love to make a personalized audio recording for you.
This offering includes a 30-minute session to talk about what you are wanting or needing. I will record a personalized audio for you within 1 week of our meeting and deliver it to your inbox.
I use techniques like meditation, mental rehearsals, visualization, hypnosis, somatic relaxation techniques, etc.
These audios could be for anything you imagine but some ideas include:
mental rehearsal—for something you are trying to achieve or do.
stress relief
connecting to the body and activating healing from the inside out
archetypal work
breathing
affirmations
a script you write (with approval)
