METAMORPHOSIS
Metamorphosis is a 12 week program designed for those seeking to transform a resistant or stagnant aspect of their health or life. It is especially helpful for those who feel stuck or blocked and are prone to self-sabotage.
This is a focused approach. We will examine your desires and set no more than 3 goals based on where you currently are and what you would like to accomplish during our time together. I believe and have seen first hand how transforming one aspect of our life has deep impacts on all facets of our life. The most important thing is that you come out with deeper sense of self-trust, strength, and confidence that you can rise to meet any challenge you face.
This is a “retreat” designed to be experienced within the container of your own life, so that the changes are naturally integrated into your life and being over 12 weeks, and are sustained far beyond.
This program is personalized and tailored to your unique needs. Trough it, we will:
uncover your desires and true, deep motivations around those desires
set clear, measurable, and attainable goals that challenge you
learn to recognize and move through patterns of resistance and sabotage
replace destructive habits, with those that nourish and move you closer to your ideal life
connect to or strengthening the connection to your intuition and body, so that you can make empowered choices for any given moment, situation, or season of your life
hold you accountable and evaluate your progress, making adjustments if necessary

This program is available for remote clients or in-person nature-based walking sessions* for those around the Bay Area.
*I find nature walking sessions amplifies the work and processing. This can be quite helpful for those who like to move while processing information (kinetic learners), for example through walking and hiking. It’s a great option for those who love nature or who feel the desire to deepen their connection to it.
